Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Sky Properties (Sky Properties” or “the company”) website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Sky Properties website.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Sky Properties at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Term and Termination

This Terms of Service will enter in effect when you first agree to them and will remain in effect until terminated. The company may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. Breach of Terms of Service may automatically terminate your license to use the services provided by Sky Properties. Upon any termination of this Terms of Service, the License Agreement or any of the company’s terms, you must delete and/or destroy all material provided in your possession.

Conflictos

The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement through negotiations between the parties with the authority to proceed with such negotiations.

If the matter is not resolved by negotiation within 30 days of receipt of a written 'invitation to negotiate', the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through an agreed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure.

If the matter has not been resolved by an ADR procedure within 60 days of the initiation of that procedure, or if any party will not participate in an ADR procedure, the dispute may be referred to arbitration by Sky Properties. The seat of the arbitration shall be USA. All disputes arising in connection with this Terms shall be finally settled by the courts of the competent jurisdiction in USA
